In deze volledig herziene editie wordt de kerndoelstelling van het boek nog duidelijker, aan de hand van meer wetenschappelijke onderbouwing en meer inzicht en verdieping in de samenhang tussen groepsdynamica, groepsbehandeling en teamwork. Ook wordt in deze editie aandacht besteed aan zorgteams.
